Marcus Jacoby, President
As President of ROVE, Marcus leads all Sales and Marketing efforts for the firm. Marcus also works closely with ROVE CEO Dave Brown to develop overall company strategy as well as optimize the organization from an operations perspective.
Brian Calfo, Director of Sales Operations
As the Director of Sales Operations for ROVE, Brian brings 10 years of experience in the integrator space. He supports and ensures the success of ROVE’s sales and operations teams. Outside of day to day operations, Brian works to maintain vendor relationships and provide back office support to ROVE’s sales organization and all of its customers.
Randy Poteat, Vice President of Technical Operations
As Vice President of Technical Operations of ROVE, Randall brings 12 years of experience in the integrator space. He ensures the success and quality of ROVE’s professional services engagements from initial customer meetings through the life cycle of a project. Outside of customer engagements, Randall works to identify the need for additional engineering resources within ROVE as the company continues to expand its service offerings.
Janel Remeikas, Controller
As the Controller for ROVE, Janel brings 20 years of experience in accounting and business operations. She is in charge of all Financial and Human Resources aspects at ROVE and manages the department. Outside of day to day operations, Janel works with the ROVE executive leadership team to strategize on future operational and organizational investment opportunities to ensure the continued growth of the organization.
